David A. Callner

David A. Callner is the Chief Growth Officer (CGO) of SAJ Technologies, where he leads corporate growth strategy, capture management, and strategic partnerships across the federal and commercial markets. With more than 20 years of executive leadership experience in business development and technology, he has built a career at the intersection of mission delivery and innovation transforming organizations into trusted prime contractors and engines of growth.

Over the course of his career, David has captured and delivered more than $2 billion in new business revenue across agencies including the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, NGA, DIA, USPTO, DHS, DoS, FAA, DOI, IRS, DOL, HHS, NTIA, NTIS, ITA, USDA, NOAA, GSA and others. He has personally authored and led full proposal volumes technical, management, pricing, and past performance while directing technical challenge teams and advancing enterprise solution architecture. His approach emphasizes disciplined pipeline governance, customer alignment, and operational rigor to ensure growth translates into sustained mission success.

A recognized thought leader, David has published extensively on AI, DevSecOps, blockchain, and digital modernization, and has been honored with awards for technology leadership and innovation. He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin.

David is also a combat veteran of the U.S. Army, having deployed to Bosnia and Herzegovina under the NATO Implementation Force (IFOR), where he earned multiple decorations for meritorious service in combat.
