Irfan J. Shah serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of SAJ Technologies, where he leads the company’s operations, program delivery, business transformation, financial management, and organizational growth initiatives. He works closely with the executive leadership team to strengthen operational excellence, enhance delivery capabilities, and support the company’s strategic expansion across the federal and commercial sectors.
With more than 25 years of leadership experience across the United States, UAE, GCC, and Pakistan, Irfan has successfully led organizations through business transformation, operational restructuring, financial management, project delivery, ERP implementation, and process optimization. Throughout his career, he has built scalable operating models, developed high-performing teams, and implemented governance frameworks that improve efficiency, accountability, and sustainable growth.
Prior to joining SAJ Technologies, Irfan held executive leadership positions in finance, operations, business transformation, and consulting, where he managed multi-country operations, established shared service centers, led large-scale BPO operations, supported startup ventures, and implemented enterprise-wide business and technology solutions. He has extensive experience in operational strategy, performance management, financial planning, organizational development, and project execution across diverse industries.
At SAJ Technologies, Irfan is responsible for overseeing company operations, contracts, finance, human resources, delivery management, compliance, and business process improvement. His focus is on building scalable operational frameworks, strengthening governance, improving organizational performance, and supporting long-term business growth in alignment with the company’s mission and strategic objectives.
Irfan holds an MBA in Finance along with a master’s degree in applied physics (Electronics & Telematics) and has completed professional qualifications in accounting, finance, taxation, networking, and business management. His multidisciplinary background enables him to bridge business strategy, financial leadership, operational excellence, and technology-driven transformation.
