We Provide Maximo Support and System Administration Services
Systech MASS (Maximo Application Support Service) is a standard Systech service in use by a large number of Canadian and USA IBM Maximo clients. The MASS program can be tailored to suite your needs and can cover a variety of Maximo professional services including implementation support, technical troubleshooting, patches/upgrades, report development and general system administration.
Support calls will normally be routed to our head office from any MASS user, if Systech help is required. All issues requiring Systech help under this service would be conveyed to us through our support distribution list email or through our telephone support number (provided upon MASS signup).
An on-duty consultant will receive calls, provide our initial response, and own the issue through to resolution. The consultant will have best-available access to the resources most familiar with the specific issue or request.
All issues will be logged and tracked through to resolution, which will normally be a solution or a workaround based on the agreed upon required service levels and criticality of the request.
Systech provides Maximo support services and system administration to US and Canada Maximo customers.
